The main topic you'll hear Joe discuss today is "How To Make Push-ups Great Again". Joe explains why he feels it's a major mistake to drop push-ups from your program once you feel you're "too advanced" for the exercise. He then reveals his Top 7 ways to modify the push-up (in order to increase the difficulty), while sharing his favorite advanced push-up variations.
