Joe kicks off the show by introducing this week's sponsor, then he shares some fun stories from the amazing time he and Ashley had at Triple H's 50th Birthday party. After the show intro, Joe answers 2 training questions: The first question is from a listener who's confused about the theory of "muscle confusion" :)) He wants to know if it's better to constantly "switch things up" or will too much variety hinder his progress? The second question comes from an advanced lifter who's going on a 2-week business trip and wants to "get a sick pump" each day...but the problem is he only has 20-30 minutes and ZERO access to weights or equipment. (Joe ends up creating a solution to the problem by turning 3 ordinary bodyweight movements into 3 extraordinary, pump-producing muscle-builders!) You definitely don't want to miss this episode!
